This is a film about Adorn Jewelry and Accessories in Canandaigua, NY. It was great working with Erica and seeing the processes that she used to make her pieces was truly eye opening. Creating jewelry this way is a very old process and she takes pride in her craft. You can view more of her work at adornjewelryandaccessories.com
The camera used to make this film was a Canon C100. C-log was used and film was graded within Final Cut Pro X. Lenses used were a Canon 24-105 f/4 and a Tamron 17-50 VC f/2.8. ISO setting that was used was the camera’s native 850 with in-camera ND filters used to avoid clipping the highlights. Most of the time I underexposed a bit with careful attention to the waveform.
